SHIPPING
Your order will be processed and shipped within 2 business days from receipt of full payment. Kindly allow for delays during sale periods, weekends and public holidays. Shipping is free for orders above $80 SGD within Singapore / $180 beyond Singapore. Tax and GST not included for regions beyond Singapore. Once the item is shipped, the tracking ID will be automatically sent to you via email so you can be aware of the status of your order throughout the shipping process. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Thanks for shopping at Think Media. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Returns We offer full refunds for defective items. You can exchange or return any item purchased that has been damaged in-transit or with manufacturing defects within (7) days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a refund, ● You should have the receipt or proof of purchase for your product. ● Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. ● The product must be returned in original packaging (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories within)(if applicable) Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Shipping costs for defective products are borne by us. Upon receipt of refund, you can place another order of the same items, and we will re-delivery accordingly. Any products sold during sales cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded. Exchanges Exchanges or Returns for reasons other than defects (eg. change of mind, ordered the wrong item/model etc) are not allowed.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation of order is not allowed once payment is completed.
